A note from the Co-Chairs...

As we wrap up September, we want to say thank you for all your support as we settle into the school year. We’re excited to continue building a strong partnership with our parent community. Your involvement and support make a big difference, and we look forward to a fantastic year ahead!

It was great seeing so many families at the 3-5 Back to School Night and we hope you enjoyed meeting the teachers and seeing the classrooms!

As a reminder, there is no school this Thursday and Friday in observance of Rosh Hashanah.

There are a lot of upcoming events, so please make sure to check the calendar and flyers below.

The search is on for the 2026—2027 Reflections Theme!

One theme idea will be selected by National PTA to spark fun and creativity during the 2026—2027 Reflections program. Entries are due by October 30, good luck! For more information please visit: https://nyspta.org/.../national-pta-reflections-program.../

COMING SOON... PICTURE DAY!!

Mark your calendars... School Pictures are scheduled for Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th.

We’ve provided the class schedule below to help you prepare. If your child is absent, we do have retakes scheduled for November 13th.

Once again, the Todd Elementary School Picture Day Committee is pleased to partner with Irvin Simon Photographers for student pictures. Keep your eyes peeled for reminders before Picture Day to help you prepare!

After Picture Day is complete, parents will receive a code to view and order portraits. You can expect to receive the code within a few weeks and the entire ordering process is done online!

Below are some things to expect from this year's Picture Day experience:

* Photos will be indoors

* Beautiful Portraits captured by the incredible team of photographers from Irvin Simon

* Paperless - orders placed online with a unique code for each child

SCHOOL LUNCH INFO

Students will eat lunch in the cafeteria each day. Students may bring lunch from home or purchase school lunch. Whitson’s School Nutrition is our food service company. FD Meal Planner is their mobile menu viewing platform. MY SCHOOL BUCKS is a computerized payment system that should be used to purchase school lunch. More information about FD Meal Planner and My School Bucks can be found on the LUNCH MENU tab of the school website.

SHOP TO SUPPORT

Please go to pta.deciccos.com to link your DeCicco & Sons Customer Card to the "Briarcliff Manor PTA" by clicking on the Contributor Card Form button. DeCicco's will then donate 1% of all your purchases to the BPTA. Thank you for taking a few minutes to link your card to support the BPTA and our children.
