November celebrates the Great American Smokeout/Vapeout (GAS). This annual event was created by the American Cancer Society to encourage the cessation of smoking or vaping. This year, it will be observed on Thursday, November 20^th.

• Nicotine Strips

Regardless of how it’s used—smoked, vaped, or taken orally—nicotine is a powerful and addictive stimulant that can harm a teen’s developing brain and body.
