- Stay active with a walk, joining a sport, dancing, or an online exercise video
- Make time for hobbies and creativity
- Drawing, reading, or trying something new
- Fresh air and sunlight help boost hormone levels needed for improving moods
- Make the most of cozy indoor activities
- Family game nights or movie marathons
These small changes can help lift spirits and make the winter months more enjoyable for the whole family! Fact Of The Week: Studies show sunlight and fresh air can benefit your physical and mental wellbeing. Trivia Question Of The Week: You can reduce stress levels by spending how many minutes outside?
