A note from the Co-Chairs...

Are you looking for a way to get involved in the PTA this year? We are looking for 2-3 parents to Co-Chair our Reflections Contest Committee. See the flyer below for more informaiton and email us at contact@briarcliffpta.org if you are interested in helping.

Pizza Day for the HS was great, we hope the kids enjoyed it! We plan to do this monthly, upcoming dates will be announced soon.

As a reminder, there is no school this Thursday and Friday in observance of Rosh Hashanah.

What is the Reflections Program?

Each year, students in Pre-K through Grade 12 are invited to create and submit original works of art in the areas of Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography and Visual Arts. Students participate in the appropriate division for their grade: Primary (Pre-K - Grade 2); Intermediate (Grades 3-5); Middle School (Grades 6-8); High School (Grades 9-12).

The search is on for the 2026—2027 Reflections Theme!

One theme idea will be selected by National PTA to spark fun and creativity during the 2026—2027 Reflections program. Entries are due by October 30, good luck! For more information please visit: https://nyspta.org/.../national-pta-reflections-program.../

HS CAMPUS SAFETY

Pleasantville Road and the BHS/BMS campus access road are very busy during arrival and dismissal times. Please help keep everyone safe by watching the stop lights and following the directions of the campus monitors as they direct traffic at the crosswalk and in the parking lot. Be mindful that students cross the street on Pleasantville Road as well as exit cars in the lower parking lot. Safety is everyone's concern; please be alert, drive slowly on campus, and be prepared to stop. Thank you.
